•The room, cosy and warm, has to be minimum 10 squared meters.

•It has to be impeccably clean. The bedding has to be in an excellent condition.

•Each room, normally ventilated or heated, is equipped with at least one opening, insuring a proper light.

•The bed consists of one bed base and a 90X190 cm mattress for one person and 140X190 at least for a king size bed.

•Sofas can eventually be used as additional beds only if the size condition of the room is respected.
